    the prom

    I know you stole the name tag from my room the other day. You stole it because you knew how bad I wanted to wear it to the prom. That was really mean and I missed out on a good night. Just to hide your transgressions, you will throw your own kid under the bus and accuse them of lying when you know full well that you are the one lying. How does it get more wicked than that? How can you even pretend to be a good person and pass judgment on me or others? It would be comical if it wasn’t so sad and pathetic.
