The only problem is that it needs to be a united front. If you stop pandering to the a-holes of the world, but others (*coughchainrestaurantscough*) keep doing it, it’s just going to drive people to them.

Hear, hear. What is wrong with people to feel that they can behave in such an inappropriate and dispicable way just because they are a customer. Well done to the gal for sticking up for the employees, I always give genuine thanks to good servers and will speak up if someone is being treated badly like that.

lol, that’s a really great article. sometimes working in the service industry really kills your faith in humanity, but every once in a while you get an awesome customer that appreciates that you’re trying to please them the best you can.
